• Co-led the migration of public web applications from Next.js to Astro across teams, meeting page-speed goals and completing the transition ahead of deadline.
• Drove the redesign of the blog and long-form content pages, creating reusable rich-text components later applied to customer stories, guides, playbooks, and knowledge pages.
• Proposed an iterative rollout for the company rebrand with limited team capacity, then built new components and content sections for the updated website.
• Led a migration of applications from Tailwind CSS 3 to 4 while maintaining the reliability of the public websites in a smaller team.
• Built reusable UI components and Sanity-backed content sections for three public websites, supporting marketing pages and editorial workflows.
• Improved page speed by removing unused client-side dependencies and lazy-loading components.
• Earlier developed features for the customer dashboard, internal tools for designers and managers, and the marketing site in a team of approximately 3–5 developers.

• Built the first version of a local events discovery platform with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL as the sole developer in a three-person startup team.
• Developed event listings and user-submitted event creation; built a Facebook API importer that populated the catalog with approximately 150,000 events.

• Built responsive client websites and integrated them with WordPress using HTML, CSS, and PHP.
• Developed custom WordPress plugins, including an e-commerce solution for requirements that WooCommerce could not support; also worked on SEO.
